Big Brother Naija star, Uriel Ngozi Oputa has been appointed as Imo State Carnival Ambassador by the Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha.
Uriel who is currently in Imo State for her home coming after crying on her Instagram page, was appointed Carnival Ambassador at an event by the Governor Rochas.
